Welcome to our renovated apartment, La Terraza de Palmeres, featuring a spacious terrace divided into dining and outdoor lounge areas—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Just 100 meters from the sea, you can stroll along the sandy beach year-round, thanks to the excellent Valencian climate. Upon arrival, you'll always find water and soft drinks in the fridge, as well as coffee by the coffee maker, to make your welcome even more pleasant. We want you to feel at home, so you'll have everything you need: · Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and kettle. · Bright, spacious living room with a large smart TV. · Dedicated workspace with monitor, keyboard, and mouse for easy connectivity. · High-speed fiber optic internet, ideal for video calls or staying in touch with family. · Bathroom with a large walk-in shower, perfect for relaxing. · Three double bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two singles). If you're traveling with young children, a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub are included—just let us know in advance. Pets are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy the holiday. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by comfortable stairs. Parking is easy, with a public lot just 50 meters away. Cleaning is handled by a professional company following strict protocols for surfaces and textiles. All bed linens and towels are laundered professionally to ensure optimal hygiene.
